Naming Components
The naming convention for components allows a script to scan all components to check the availability at HEI stock. For the script to work, the name of the component in the parameter Value
has to be exactly as specified below.
LEDs
Color with leading uppercase
- Green
- Red
- Yellow
- Blue
Resistors
Resistance value as decimal fixed point value followed by the metric prefix symbol.
Examples:
- 510
- 1k
- 2.7k
- 220k
- 1M
Capacitors
Capacitance value as decimal fixed point value followed by the metric prefix symbol followed by an uppercase F.
Examples:
- 1pF
- 680pF
- 2.2uF
