Reading the colors of an LED strip

The aim of this task is to read the RGB values of some LEDs.

Specifications

A controller regularily emits the necessary pattern to drive a RGB LED strip. All LEDs hav the same color.

The key is the sum of the three color components (3*8 bits), modulo 30.
