Update all fields in a document
- Problem
- Update (F9) only works on the current selection, not on the whole document. Select all (Ctrl-A) does not select the whole document (e.g. headers and footers across sections). Furthermore fields are updated only on printing but not on saving.
- Solution
- Press Ctrl+F2 to switch to the print preview, then Esc to go back to normal view. All fields in the document are now updated.
